Service Description
DYF Flow & Restore is a rejuvenating class that blends gentle, mindful movement with deep relaxation. The first half of class guides you through a smooth, breath-linked flow to release tension and build balanced strength. The second half transitions into restorative & Yin poses supported by props, allowing the body to fully unwind and the mind to settle. Perfect for all levels, this class helps you recharge and restore your natural balance. From Jan 24th to March 15th every Saturday 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation & Makeup Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be combined or canceled. Refunds will be provided if a class is canceled by the Dancilla YogaFusion [DYF] Make-up classes are not offered. However, depending upon the situation and space in class, Studio may allow exceptions. Please reach out to us via text/call [301-957-5807] In the event of inclement weather, the status of all classes will be communicated via email/text and posted on our homepage.
